We can announce that four buildings have been shortlisted for the Reinvention Award 2025.
The annual award recognises achievements made in creative building reuse to improve their environmental, social, or economic sustainability. It aims to shine a light on retrofitting, increasing the longevity and energy efficiency of existing buildings, and reducing the need for demolition and new construction.
This year's shortlist acknowledges projects that incorporate sensitive restoration and significant and innovative material use, transforming the communities around them.
Winners will be announced live at the Stirling Prize ceremony on 16 October at the Roundhouse, London. Everyone is welcome to attend.
