School visits to the V&A, Exhibition Road.
Explore architecture and the built environment by visiting the V&A's incredible architecture gallery full of models and drawings from RIBA's collections. We use our world-class collections听补苍诲 exhibitions, to bring the curriculum to life.
Develop your students' critical thinking, teamwork and design skills through activities such as聽modelmaking, masterplanning, sketching and digital drawing on iPads.
Learning workshops at the V&A
Workshops are led by the RIBA Learning team in the museum's purpose-built learning centre.聽Workshops are three hours long and include a trip the museum's architecture gallery, a hands-on model making activity and a 30-minute lunch break. Space for lunch is provided. We can accommodate up to 30 students per group.
Architecture workshops at the V&A are free for state schools and colleges. Independent schools will be charged a modest fee to help us cover our costs.
