Four projects, ranging from a costal house to a cottage extension, have been shortlisted for the 2023 RSAW Welsh Architecture Awards听
The shortlisted projects are:听听

- Crofts Street by 听听
- Pen y Common by 听听and
- Rhossili House by 听
RSAW Jury Chair Ceri Davies,听Director at Allford Hall Monaghan Morris Architects,听said:听
鈥淓ach of the shortlisted projects enthused the jury with their design clarity, thoughtful material use and uncompromised execution.听 Experiencing them first-hand will no doubt prove even more uplifting, not least to appreciate how the homes feel and function - and to learn of the unique collaborations that will have inevitably shaped these exemplary projects in Wales."
All shortlisted projects will be assessed by a regional jury, and the winning projects will be announced later this Spring.鈥�
RSAW Award winners are considered for several RSAW Special Awards including the RSAW Sustainability Award and the RSAW Building of the Year.听
Regional Award winners will also be considered for a highly coveted RIBA National Award in recognition of their architectural excellence, the results of which will be announced in the Summer.听听听
The shortlist for the RIBA Stirling Prize for the best building of the year in the UK will then be drawn from the RIBA National Award-winning projects, and the Stirling Prize winner will be announced in October.听听
